The Terminal

People live in NYC airports, which, although I’ve never thought about it, isn’t surprising.

I can’t decide if this is heartbreaking or heart-warming:

“He gave the Turkish man Johann a card with his cellphone number. In the case of stranded travelers who run out of money, the team might arrange for temporary shelter and ask a group like Travelers Aid to purchase a return ticket to their home country. Johann took the card but declined any help, saying: “I believe I will succeed in America.””
